New Year’s Eve Mystery Prize

Happy new year! It’s been a tough year for some, a great one for others. Regardless, we’d like to celebrate, and thank you for doing your Amazon shopping through our links, most often our weekly Friday morning sales post on Facebook.

Over the weeks our fund builds, and allows us to buy seats for families in need. We have supported:

  • Roadside stops, in cooperation with law enforcement, where instead of fines and tickets, families get support, education, and where needed, a new replacement seat to replace their unsafe one.
  • CPSTs across Canada, working with a family in need of a little help purchasing a new seat. A new seat and help installing it is our favourite way to work.
  • Full or partial CPST training scholarships to those wanting to become a technician, but are struggling to fund their course fee. Sometimes funding students also means that an instructor-candidate completes the work to become an instructor…and we like this ripple effect!

Thank you!

For all of your support – we say thank you. We love what we do, but our volunteer time and knowledge only goes so far. It’s your purchasing that makes this happen! Please remember us the next time you need to do any Amazon shopping.

Contest is now closed! Thanks to all who entered.

  1. Anna B says:

Hmm, my guess is that it’s an Unbuckle Me, haha. Or maybe a booster – I could use a Graco TurboBooster TakeAlong Highback booster… 😉

  2. Zoe says:

I would like to win a seat that would be suitable for my 2.5 year old when the new sibling inherits her current convertible. Or a convertible for the new sibling. 🙂

  3. Constance Devouges says:

A convertible from birth would be wonderful as we are welcoming our fourth bundle in May 2020. Easily changed from car to car and long lasting.

  4. Megan says:

A convertible car seat! I’m in desperate need of a new one! Or some money, after Christmas I think anyone could use a little extra cash!

  5. Stacy says:

It’d be awesome to win a lightweight compact seat for travel and as a second seat 🙂 something like a sonus, scenera next, or sureride.

  6. Janna B says:

Anything carseat-related would be amazing! Thanks for all you do and for creating such a great resource for techs and caregivers alike ??

  7. Sara Danczak says:

A good convertible seat. I have a 5 month old niece and another on the way. They are both gonna need seats in the near future. I just upgraded all mine, so no need here!

  8. Robin says:

Id love a carseat as its well needed. The diono I have wasn’t worth the money spent ? finicky amd difficult to install and keep in proper install ?

  9. Marianne says:

I think I’m looking for a booster these days (or a time machine). My littlest turns 6 shortly (and isn’t that little anymore).

  10. Mackenzie K. says:

In my very, very, unrealistic dreams I would love nothing more than the clek Liing! We’re expecting our last baby in spring and I’ve had a profound love for Clek seats since my son was born over 6 years ago. I have been drooling over their new infant seat, but it’s way out of our price range, so it’s nothing but a far fetched dream for me (unless my jimney cricket dream of it being the give away seat came true!)

  11. Kelsey says:

A stage 2/3 convertible high back booster! We are transitioning and expiring in the next year so we’re starting to look 🙂

  12. Samantha Waddell says:

Hmm car seat related. Well I’d love another Clek booster, but in all honesty, I don’t need another seat, but if I did win, I would most certainly give it to a family who did need one

  13. Danica kimberley says:

A Graco 4ever!… orrrrr a trip to Mexico… I can bring my car seats on the plane. So that’s car seat related right?

  14. Nancy Park says:

A new car seat for mg 4 1/2 year old that who is around 55lbs and at least 42 inches tall. He will be outgrowing his in the next year and would like one that will last him until he no longer needs a highback booster.

  15. Heather Tessier says:

Honestly, I’d really need help picking as I want an easy to use high back that fits well in my pain in the butt car!

  16. Janet Lawson says:

A seat that covers birth to booster. I have a new grand baby coming in a few weeks and also a 3, a 6 and a 7 year old. It would be great to have! Happy New year!

  17. Aidan says:

Would love for it to be a convertible. Baby needs a convertible car seat. Would love a matching booster to go with it as my big would like something too…

  18. Robin says:

Would love a convertible carseat as I’m expecting in May and we had to get rid of our recalled recaro. I can’t carry a bucket so convertible carseat and baby wearing for the win.

  19. Crysta says:

A compact rear facing seat for hubby’s truck- have a Graco Contender on the way but it will probably have a 2-3 year old DOM ? So one of those or a Britax Emblem or Allegiance, or a Graco4ever.

  20. Kelsey Lawson says:

We are just about ready to turn the three year old, when she outgrows the RF limits on our Britax. The 6 is in a Britax high back convertible booster. We’d love another of those for when the younger outgrows the Britax FF, or a booster that will work on a plane when we fly to meet the newest cousin in Alberta at Spring break.

  21. Andrea H says:

I would like some extra brain cells, please, to help me reading the car seat and car manuals. Our 4.75 year old is at 34 lbs and I need to figure out how to install the car seat forward facing. She has been rear-facing (except in airplanes) until now. Thanks for your help choosing a long-lasting seat.

  22. Crysta says:

Thought of a better wish af yes r I sent in my practical one.

I would love a scholarship for CPST training- I am quite obsessed with car seat safety and almost did the course when it was in kamlooops this past fall, but cost and life circumstances caused me to miss it. I still plan on taking it eventually, but a scholarship would make it a much more realistic goal.

  23. Emily Casselman says:

Humm… Personally would love a harmony defender in the teal blue. Or a nautilus snug lock! Or an unbuckle me. Or a carseat coat! Or anything!

  24. Emma says:

We switched car seats around after our seats were lost by the airline and my daughter does not fit the replacement seat well at all! I am hoping to move her into a Britax frontier harnessed booster.

  25. Kristie carano says:

I would love to get a forward facing car seat that has a high top harness height. Any new car seat though would be amazing!

  26. Beth R. says:

How about a Safety 1st incognito booster? Would be interesting to try with my olders. My baby is now 5 and is the youngest of 4 kids, so we have been through many different carseats over the last 11 years…too many if you ask my husband…so I think it would be hilarious to add another option into the mix while I still can!!

  27. Amanda cooke says:

Oooh I would love a frontier clicktight for my special needs child! Despite not living Britax the clicktight would make things so easy!
