  • Congratulations on 2 years of promoting car seat safety!

  • Bridget Brennan

I’d love a radian (any of them ) for my 18 month old, 24lbs. and rearfacing

  • Alysha

If I were to win, I would choose the Graco My Ride, because it fits from infancy, with a good rear facing height and weight limit. I also like that it fits relatively well in compact vehicles Also in the past I’ve found it fairly easy to install correctly in a variety of vehicles, so when we do have to move it to a grandparent’s car I would feel confident being able to install it correctly. My daughter is 10 months, 19lbs and is still rear facing 🙂

  • Radian RXT/R120 or a Graco Myride for my 21 month old son to continue rear facing in.

Congrats on two years, you have helped so many people and so many children are riding safer because of you three. Thank you!

  • Mickala Beil

Thank you for everything you do!!

  • Claudia Encina

Thank you for hosting this giveaway!! I am totally clueless on car seats, but I’d love one for my little tyke whose outgrown his bucket seat.
    Thanks again!!

  • Vikki Bothwell

I’m not sure yet which car seat I would pick. I have two boys, one is 4, 38lbs, and 40″ long and forward faces in a Britax Boulevard. The other just turned one, and is 30.5″, 23.5lbs. He rear faces in a radian RXT.

  • Melanie Ann SB

    Congrats, ladies!!

  • Holly

If we were to win, I would LOVE a frontier 90 to switch my almost 6 year old back into a harnessed seat. He weighs 48 pounds and is about 47″ in height.

  • I would pick a frontier or nautilus for my 4.5 year old who is outgrowing his radian forward facing. My 2 year old still fits in her radians RFing and my 10 year old is a 5 stepper.
    Happy 2 years!!

  • Mickala Beil

If I won I would definitely put that toward a new Britax Frontier XT for my almost five year old. Zoey will be five in January, she is 40 pounds on the dot and 42 inches tall. She is just about too tall to rear face in her Radian so we would pass that to her little sister and give Zoey the Frontier to forward face in.

  • Sharday

My daughter is 8 months old and weighs 18 pounds. She is rear facing. I am not sure about the carseat I would choose, but I would ask for guidance on choosing the best suited one for my daughter from the very knowledgable carseat tachs. You do amazing work and congratulations on celebrating 2 years.

  • Marianne

I am expecting baby number 3 and need to finagle 3 across in my fusion. I’m going to need a radian. I think the r120 would likely be a good choice.

I have a 6 year fold, a 3 year old and am expecting in March.

I am planning on a HB turbo for my daughter who will be 6.75 when kiddo arrives, the radian for my middle who will be 3.75 when next kiddo arrive s and using an existing myride for the newborn (in the middle).

  • Beth

Would love the Graco Snug Ride 35 for the little one who’s coming soon!

  • Brittany

Thanks so much for you expertise, you do wonderful work!

  • Karen B

I want to say thank you as you have helped me properly install two seats 🙂 I’m not sure which seat I would choose. We currently have a Britax Boulevard (which I love). I would like something that would work as our next step seat or an additional one of these for our other vehicle 🙂

  • Jerucia Cameron

I would love the Graco MyRide, It seems the best fit for our family and situation. My daughter is 19 months, 22 lbs, and I think about 30cm tall. So it would fit her well for quite a while I think. She would be rear facing for sure!!!

  • Congrats on two years! Love the site and I link it to friends in other parts of the country who need info.

  • Caprice

    Congrats!
I would get a Diono booster for my 6 year old!

  • Christine

I would love the Radian RXT or 120. I have a 4 year old daughter who is 32lbs and no where near ready for a booster! and I think she is just over 3ft. I want the Radian so we can fit a third seat sometime in the next year in our car.

  • Alissa

I would love an infant seat for my expected baby, a britax or graco!

  • Chelsea Larocque

Congrats on two years guys!!! It would be so awesome to win a new car seat!!!

  • Lisa

I really appreciate all of the help you have given us! So glad I found you
    !
I would love to get a Diono Monterey, or a Britax Parkway SGL for my 4 year old child. He is 40″, and 38lbs. He will be forward facing in a booster.

  • I would love a Radian or another RF set with a high weight limit and a tall shell to accommodate my very tall 21mth old. I’d like to keep him rear giving as long as possible!

  • Megan Clemens

Congrats! This would be amazing… Our 12month old is still in his bucket seat but I’m sure we will want to upgrade before too long.

  • Wanda

    You guys are awesome!

  • Heather

Thank you for the giveaway! If I were to win I would choose the Diono Radian RXT as I’ve heard so many good things about it. This seat would be for my daughter who is going on 7 months, approx 18-19 lbs, 27″ long and would be rear facing.

  • Kyla

You guys rock. So glad you’re there to help make sure our kids are safe! My daughter will be 2 in Nov, 23.5 lbs and forward facing. Still unsure which seat I’d choose. Time to do some homework! 🙂

  • Thanks for all the hard work on the Island and congratulations for 2 years of service!

  • Jessica

I would choose a Britax seat for my new baby coming in October!
Thanks for everything you guys do for the community! Car seat safety should be at the top of every parents list!

  • candace

Thanks for always bring there to answer all our questions!

  • linda bartleman

Great job ladies 🙂 if i won it would be for my son hes 3 and 32 pounds. Open to suggestions on good seats 🙂

  • Jenny Gaio Court

If only I could be more help. Congrats on a great job with the site and the 2nd birthday! Way to go!

  • I would love a radian. my girl is 6 months and 17 lbs and almost 30 inches (almost out of her bucket seat. Im so grateful for all the help and advice i have gotten from Jenn and this group 🙂

  • Leanne Walker

Great job!! Love your Facebook page!! 🙂

  • Theresa Cledomin

I would choose the Graco 1812276 MyRide65 Convertible Car Seat in Coda.
It would mean that my 26 month old could return rear facing – he is 29lbs and 35.5 inches (as best we could measure at his last appointment since he did not want to be measured 🙂 ) and was too close to the 36″ rule for his Alpha Omega so we switched him, but he is long legged so should have room to switch back to rear facing which I would LOVE! (or it could also be used by baby brother who is 8.5 months old – approx 16lb and unsure of height when he outgrows his Snugride 30)

Thank you for all the work you guys do – it has been extremely helpful to me in expanding my car seat knowledge and in keeping my boys safe.

  • Clare

If I won I would pick the frontier as I like that it converts to a booster. My son is 3 yrs old, 42 inches in height and weighs 35 pounds. He would be forward facing. Thanks

  • Ashley

Congrats and thank you for all the time and effort you ladies have put into keeping the most vulnerable humans, stay safe.

  • Cool contest and awesome job guys!

  • Crystal McGee

I’d love a Radian or a Graco my ride for my rear facing 20 lb 8 month old 🙂 (71 cm tall)

  • I love being part of this group and helping spread info about Carseat safety. And any excuse for a new seat to play with, is good for me:).

  • Ashley Williams-Larose

Congrats on the 2 year anniversary! Love that I can trust in the research you guys have done and all the great tips you provide to help me keep my little guy safe!

  • Ashleigh lockhart

The graco my ride is awesome and will rear face one of my tall one-year-old twins perfect!!!

  • Larissa

Would love a narrow rear racing car seat for my 96cm 15kg 2 year old!

  • Katie Jean-Louis

I would LOVE a purple Diono Radian RXT
Daughter is 15 months, 22 lbs and Rearfacing for as LONG as possible!!!

  • Kyrie Smith

You guys are the best! Thanks for all your effort!

  • Sheena

Id love to get a booster for my 43lb 5 year old!
    Thanks for the chance!

  • Krista

    High 5’s!

  • Carolyn G.

I think I would go with the Graco MyRide 65. My daughter is still in a rear facing seat (Graco SnugRide 35) and is approx. 20lbs and 70cms tall.

    Congrats on 2 years!

  • Kendall

I would get a second infant/child seat for DS2 who is 14m & 24lbs, he is currently riding in a RF marathon but would love to get him a seat that will keep him RF longer 🙂

  • Tracey Barry

Congrats ladies!! Your expertise is so valuable and I’m so thankful to have such a great resource for something that is so vitally important to the safety of our children. I’m not sure which car seat I would choose, but I would love to have a rear one that can become a front facing one for my son who is 8 months and 19 lbs.

  • Olena

    Congratulations! Keep on educating! 🙂

  • Heather

I’d love to win our next seat. Our girl still fits into her current Graco Snugride 35, and will for a bit longer but we;re considering something like the Graco MyRide for her convertible seat. We will absolutely be buying one from your list!

  • Lindsay

    Congrats thanks for the giveaway!

  • My little would love a new carseat.

  • Cynthia

I would choose the Radian RXT for my newest addition who is 2.5 months old and 13 pounds. It would be for use when he reaches the weight limit of his bucket seat. Ofcourse he would be rear facing, as my almost 3 year old is now. I like the radians as the are narrow, have a high height limit for rear facing and are well padded for comfort.

  • Natalie

Thank you ladies!! You do great work. And this giveaway would be perfect for my new babe.

  • Natalie

As for the seat I would want, I think I’d need to consult Lindsay on that one 😉 it would likely be for my newborn.

  • Char

Thanks for all the awesome work you do to keep our littles safe! I would love a Clek Foonf for my precious 20 pound, 8 month old so she can rear face safely in her daddy’s car. I love that it is a Canadian company. I love that my little one can extended rear face up to the age of 4 and be SAFE SAFE SAFE!I love that this amazing company will recycle it when I am done with it! I love that the car seat has a steel structure! Oh, and did I mention I love how cute the seats are

  • Kate

I think I would go with the Graco MyRide for my 2.5 month old. She’s currently just over 11lb, and this would be our next seat for when she outgrows the infant bucket seat. We’ll be rear facing as long as possible!

  • Kim M

I don’t know what I would choose! Maybe another Radian to rear face my almost 4 year old or a new booster for my 6 year old. Thanks for the giveaway and congrats on two years!

    • Kim M

Oops, my 3 year old is about 35 lbs and I think she is about 36 inches tall. A radian would also fit better in the third row FF beside my 1year olds RF Radian RXT, or RF in the outboard seat.

  • Sosan

Congrats on 2 years and thanks for all the great info shared 🙂

  • You have given me so much help with all my seats!! Congrats on 2 years and thank you!!

  • Meg

I’m not sure what seat I would want, probably a convertible for when the new baby outgrows the infant seat. My daughter is 18 months, 29.4 lbs and 35.5″ tall and still happily rear facing. Congrats on 2 years!

  • Krista Toebes

    Congratulations on 2 years!!!

I have a 20lb 5 month old who is rear-facing. I would love to win the Graco MyRide 65. I have done some research and have asked you ladies what would be best for my situation and this was the seat that was mentioned most often.

Thanks, Ladies, for all your hard work!!!

  • We are hoping to get three across in our Kia so either Parkway for my big or a Radian RXT for the little newb. Awesome giveaway, congrats on two years!

  • Sheena Olson

So proud to be a part of this amazing network! Thank you so much for me you do! If I won I think I’d get a Graco MyRide to be the backup seat for my 2 year old. Our current back up seat has him forward facing. Plus we’re hoping to expand our family soon and I think the MyRide would work really well for a newbie in our car.

  • Shalan

Thank you for everything you do for child safety!

  • Nicole H

I would love to win a Britax Frontier for our 3.5 year old son (40″ and 40lbs) who is forward-facing. He is just at the limit of our Sunshine Kids Radian and I keep hearing great things about the Frontier. Also our daughter is at the limit of her Graco Snugride 32 so she will go into his old Radian.

  • Debrah

Thanks so much for your carseat safety advocacy! If I were to win I would love to get a foonf, or possibly the peg perego convertible 🙂

  • Christine P

I love being part of this group. Being able to help keep kids safe is wonderful. I could really use a booster seat for my 5.5 year old for our second vehicle.

  • Congrats on two years guys. Love how passionate and dedicated you all are to car seat safety. Thank you for always being available to answer questions!

  • sitka

    Congratulations!

  • Natalie

I would likely choose a Nautilus, as we are currently without a back up seat 🙂

  • Congratulations on 2 years, I hope you have many more. You are a wonderful resource.
I would love to win a new seat as our youngest will soon be outgrowing his bucket by height. We have a slightly challenging puzzle so I’m not sure what seat I would choose, but should love the opportunity to make any seat affordable!
    Thank you so much!

  • Lorna MacFarlane

I do not know which seat or booster would most suit my needs as I am a grandmother of five grandchildren who range in age from five months to almost six years old. I do not have a vehicle that would accommodate all of the children so my seats (room for two) would have to be one that is easily adjustable and the most versatile for my needs. I would depend on the Vancouver Island Car Seat Technicians for advise!

  • My daughter needs a new seat in the next few months – she’s in an infant seat for now but I’d like to get her a rear facing seat. We’ve had good luck with britax so probably another but if you have suggestions if gladly take them! Thanks and congrats on two years of great advice!

  • Paige Miller

I would choose a britax G3 or a myride. My son is 31 inches and 25lbs at 18 months. Our older (expires 2015) marathon only has a 32inch rear facing limit and we do not want to turn him yet.

  • Cathy Anderson-Stratford

Happy 2nd Anniversary! Thank you ladies 🙂

  • stacey

Hmmm… tough to pick! I think I would like to win a MyRide for my 23.5lb, 33″ niece, who is 2y4m. I have a (probably totally irrational) fear that she is going to have to turn forward facing in her triumph before I am ready for her to turn!

  • Karli

I would love a new carseat for one of my girls! I bought two carseats for my girls before I knew your group existed. They get the job done but aren’t very user friendly. My FIL recently wanted to buy a carseat of his own to take my oldest on short trips and I found your recommended list and he bought one of those and it is night and day the difference and it feels a lot more secure. So, I really wish we could afford to change the seats!

  • Alainna S

I’d love a Radian for my new baby due in February! We rear-face to the limits of the seat, with the goal of at least 4yrs. My 21mth old almost outgrew her Safety First seat for rfing, so we put her in a Radian and we love it! Would love for them to each have the same great seat.

  • Brittany

Your Facebook page has been so helpful! From the proper way to install a car seat to the proper way a child should be in a car seat and to the weekly deals! ( where I got my infant seat from) if I won, I’d love a diono radian rxt!

  • I’ve learned an absolute ton. Thank you! I think I’d be looking for another radian rxt as I love mine so!

  • Mallory

I’d love to upgrade to a radian! My daughter is 10 months, 22 pounds, 27 inches, and rear facing for as long as possible!!

  • Jen Pott

Congratulations! I’m only just starting to think about our next seat, as my 5 month old is still in the Graco Snugride 35. He’s a TALL wee man and we have a small car, and am thinking of the Radian for his next seat.

  • Shannon

Thank you so much for this giveaway. I would love the chance to win a Frontier CT for my 3.5 year old. She’s almost outgrown her seat and her little sister needs it 🙂

  • Amber soulliere

It’ll be used by a very cute 1.5 year old rear facing. She may on occasion share with the new baby in a few months or 5 year old big sis if it fits. I’d love a sureride!

  • Julie

Thank you for all the amazing work you do! I would love to win a Frontier for my daughter, who is currently riding in a Radian rear facing, at 3.5yrs old and 32 lbs. We move seats around quite a bit and having a user friendly seat like the Frontie will ensure that anybody who takes my daughter will be able to install the seat correctly with confidence (with a lesson from me first of course!)

  • Catherine Minifie

I’d love to win a britax b-safe for my not yet here baby 🙂

  • M Crouch

    Congratulations on 2years!

  • Sarah L

Hard decision!! My real ideal seat would be a radian but that’s a little out of budget so I think I’ll say a true fit. It would be for my 18 month old, 23lbs,32″ and of course rear facing for as long as she fits!

  • Lyndsey

I would love to pick out a high-back booster seat for my son since he will be six next summer! Although he is only 43 pounds and 43 inches now.

  • Barbara Ryper

Thank you for this page! Without it and the techs I would not know how to keep my daughter so safe in the car!

    • Barbara Ryper

Haha, whoops! Didn’t read far enough! The seat I would purchase would be the Graco MyRide. I would be using it with my unborn baby, so height and weight are unknown! We would be rear facing, and I think this would be a good lighterweight seat to have in our collection.

  • Candace

I have a lot more questions before I could choose but I hope to win!

  • Janice

I have my 5 & 3 yo (both 35lbs) in FF Radian RXTs. My 20mo is RF in a Britax Marathon and my 3mo will be going into a Marathon soon (infant seat is expiring). I think I’d either get a Graco Nautilus for my parents or get a Radian RXT for my sister’s upcoming arrival. Thanks for your advice and recommendations. I have referred several people to your page.

  • carissa

    Hello ladies
    Happy Birthday !!!

I would love the natilus for my son but open to suggestions as i want the right seat for him. he’s in the mastero and i don’t like it.
thank you for this awesome chance to win a newcarseat as i wouldn’t be able to afford a new one..
he is 3.5 and weights 41 lbs and is. 40in tall

  • Patricia

love you guys and what you do…

  • Kristy

    Great resource! Happy two years!

  • Jen

Congratulations on two years, I love it that you guys do this kind of thing!

  • you ladies do a wonderful job. A lot of work involved and not sure I could do it. I have shared tons of your info and it is my go to site. thank you for all you do!

  • Deanna

Awesome giveaway, thank you. Not sure which car seat I would choose. It all depends if our infant bucket seat expires before next baby comes! You can bet I’ll be asking Laura for some advice! 🙂

  • Congrats on two years of providing a great service!

  • Claire Brown

    Thank you so much!

  • Dianna

I am soon going to need a booster for my littlest one… This would be great!

  • Lauren

I would like a Diono so it will fit in my vehicle with the other seats. I will have a little girl rear facing. I don’t know height or weight yet because she won’t be born for another month.

  • Katie

We are waiting to adopt a newborn infant so height and weight are unknown but I would choose the Safety 1st onBoard 35 Infant Car Seat.

  • Brittany. Crawford

Congrats on 2 years! Wonderful service you have. I am a big advocate for, proper car seat use and extended rear facing. Thanks for the contest.

  • Anne Mayall

A seat my 19 month granddaughter could remain rearfacing in.

  • Barb Zacchigna

I would love a Diono Radian RXT for my vehicle to transport my granddaughter.

  • Alyssa

  • Darlene Schuller

I would choose Graco Snugride 35 , this would be for my grandbaby who is will be born on March 28th.

  • Doe

    • Caitlyn

So thankful to have found your site and FB page! You ladies are a wealth of knowledge in a subject that is extremely important in keeping our kids safe. Thanks for all your hard work.

  • Chantale

Thanks for all of the great info!
My daughters seat is going to expire soon, so we would like to get her a Graco Nautilus. She is 2 years old, forward facing and 30lbs. Her brother has this seat, and I like that it will last until they are done with carseats, but I don’t like how his head flops forward when he falls asleep 🙁 But I dont think this can be avoided.

  • Stephanie F

What a great giveaway and congrats in 2 successful years! With a new babe due to be born in early spring we would love to win the Britax b safe infant seat!!!

  • Congratulations! What a great idea!

If I won, I would want a comfier booster for my boy and I would choose the Britax Parkway.

I would purchase the graco my ride for my son who is 9 months, 18 pounds and 27 inches tall 🙂 he would be rear facing and I made this decision based on recommendations and research

  • Thank you and perfect timing for us. If we won we’d be looking for a seat for our 5 month old for daddy’s truck when she outgrows her bucket. We haven’t chosen one yet but I’m leaning towards a marathon

  • Diono Monterey Shadow Car Seat Booster or Britax Parkway to get my dd out of her Alpha Omega

  • I would like a radian or a MyRide. My son is almost 5 months 18 lbs and 27″ long. It will be rear facing for as long as possible!

  • Krista Neumann

What a great giveaway! Maybe a radian for one of my girls 🙂

  • Nicole Differ

    Congrats on the 2 years!!

I would probably choose another Radian so we can have one in both vehicles and not worry about switching them in and out. My lil guy is 7 months and plan on rear facing for awhile still 🙂

  • Would love to win and use the prize value towards a Foonf to keep my almost 3 yr old rearfacing for longer!

  • What a great idea! Happy 2 years!

  • Kim Curtis

Thank you so much for all of your help with our carseat installations and questions. I would love a Diono Radian RXT for my rear-facing, 24 month old, 35 inch, 29 lb happy little boy. Keep up the great work!

  • Charis Anderson

Have used your Facebook page LOTS while researching car seats!
    Thank you!!

    • Charis Anderson

I would choose a Radian RXT for my unborn baby 🙂
And I would put them in rear facing in the middle seat!

  • Siobhan Bibb

Congratulations on 2 years!! 🙂 the work you do to keep babies & children safe is amazing!!
If I win, we would move our littlest guy to a convertible seat, likely a Britax. He hates his bucket seat and cries every time we put him into the car. We hope that when we move him to a convertible seat (rear facing of course), that he will be able to enjoy the ride a bit more!

  • Sandra McLaughlin

I would pick the true fit as it fits my daughter well. She is 9.5 kg and 76cm at 18 months. She is still rear facing. I like how well my daughter fits in this seat and that she can use it rear facing still then go forward facing when ready.

  • Sheila

    thanks for all you do!!

  • Mindy-J Wise

I would have to do more research on the seats before choosing but it sure would be amazing to have a second seat for our other vehicle as I don’t like switching it back and forth.

  • Kyrie Smith

I forgot to mention what kind of seat I’d like! I’d like a narrow booster, like a Clek Oobr or a Harmony Dreamtime.

  • Kat Holmes

I would choose the grace nautilus I think. For my 3.5 yo son. He is 33 lbs and 37″ and currently FF in a complete air.

  • Jacqui

Congrats on going strong for 2 years!

I would choose a Monterey for my 9 year old (68lbs) and could also use it when transporting my 6.5 year old niece.

  • Tasha

I’m not sure which seat would be best for my daughter who is 20 months, 24 lbs, and 33 1/4 inches. Ideally she would stay rear facing. I would love recommendations on which would be best for her and allow us to put 3 people in our back seat.

  • Natalie

Lindsay, Kyrie, Jen, you guys have all been the most wonderful help to me in making good decisions about my kids’ car safety. Thank you for all your hard work on the FB page and website and in person. What commitment!

If I win, I would like a Radian for my 20 month old, 28 pounder whose height I do not know, so that he can stay rearfacing.

  • Natalie

Lindsay, Laura, Jen, you guys have all been the most wonderful help to me in making good decisions about my kids’ car safety. Thank you for all your hard work on the FB page and website and in person. What commitment!

If I win, I would like a Radian for my 20 month old, 28 pounder whose height I do not know, so that he can stay rearfacing.

  • Heather

Yay, a giveaway for Canadians! I will need another convertible and a booster soon enough. Would be great to win one!

  • Jessica

Just starting to research for a seat for our 7 m old! Currently still in a bucket!

  • Ideally I would like a Britax Frontier (or a Radian RXT) so I could put my 57lbs 7.5 yearold BACK in a harnessed seat. But I think the Safety 1st Complete Air would work wonderfully for my not yet 30lbs 2.5 yearold!

  • Maggie

Congrats on 2 years. I would like the Britax Parkway SGL Booster Seat for my son to use when he reaches 40 lb. Currently he is 25 lb, 31 inches and he is 13 months old. We will be turning him forward-facing this weekend since his legs are getting squished rear-facing.

    • jshapka

Maggie, have you heard of the very significant safety benefits of rear facing well past age two It protects the head, neck, and spine, and legs getting squished while rear-facing is not a safety issue. If you have a minute please read this article that explains it all and how to make it work for your family. If you are the lucky winner a booster wouldn’t be appropriate for your child — it would be nearly expired by the time he would be able to use it at age 5+. Hopefully we could help you choose something you could use right away. Welcome to our page!

      • Maggie

I read the article. We will keep him rear-facing for longer. He is only in the car once or twice a week anyhow.

  • Kyla

    You guys are awesome!

If I won, I would buy my daughter a booster….just not sure which one yet!

  • Jenine

I’d like a radian or a marathon for my daycare kids to rearface in longer 🙂

  • Elaine

Congrats on your two year anniversary! I love all the articles you post up – they are super helpful to make reference to. If I won, I would get a booster for my 7yr old who is small for his age, and just now over 40 pounds, and around 45 inches. I’d get either a parkway or a graco turbo for him. He’s currently in a FFing Radian, and obviously still fits but I want to start booster training him. Thanks!

  • Kristy G

If I won I would either buy a nautilus for my 3.5 year old to use in the spring, he weighs 33lbs and is 39 inches and is RF for now but will turn once he is 4, or possibly a new infant seat, if I need one, to replace the snugride that is expiring soon.

  • Lauren M

Radian R100 for our 1 year old who weighs approximately 19lbs and is 26 inches for rear facing.

  • Danielle

I would be giving the seat away to my son’s niece, likely a Truefit or Myride for her first birthday.
The information you provide is fantastic 🙂

  • Kristin

Congratulations on two year of promoting car seat safety!
I have an almost 2.5 year old who is quickly reaching the weight limits of her TrueFit (She’s 32 pounds and the limit is 35).
I don’t want to turn her around.
Knowing how much safer rear-facing is I would very gratefully pick a seat which would help me keep her facing backwards as long as I possibly can.
My first choice would be to put the money towards a radian – because of the high limits for height and weight – I can’t afford to buy one myself.
Otherwise, I see there are some seats with 40 lb limits – I would pick whichever has the tallest shell.
    Keep them safe!!

  • Courtnie

I am expecting my first baby in March and have found your site/facebook page awesome! I love all the information. Congratulations on your two year anniversary! I would pick the Britax B-Safe Infant Car Seat.

  • Melanie A

I would choose a Britax Parkway SGL for my older son,and subsequently pass his Frontier XT down to my youngest. Obviously, it would be forward-facing 🙂 He just turned 7 in September, weighs about 22kg and is about 129cm tall. (Little brother is approximately 15kg and 98cm.)

  • Bethany Robinson

I can’t decide on a seat but it would be for my 26lb 36″ 20 month old!

  • Amelia

I would choose a Radian. It would be used for the 2 year old girl I look after, to keep her rearfacing in my van. She is 32lbs and 36″ tall.

  • Breanne

Not sure which seat I would pick – we are sort of at a point where we need to buy several – I have a 20 lb 8 month old who needs a rear-facing convertible, and a 27 lb 32 month old who has outgrown his current rear-facing seat at daycare by height, and I’m not sure I’m ready to flip him around yet. Definitely looking at the Radian RXT, but put off by it’s price.. also considering the Britax Marathon Classic, and the Graco Myride… but there are so many choices and things to consider.

  • Rachelle Blanchard

Congrats on 2 years, keep up the great making children safer and saving lives!

  • Lysanne

    Good job girls!
    Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
If I win, i will pick anything that will allow my 3 yo danghter to be rf again. I had to give her radian to the baby and she is now ff since a month. We are both sad about it. She asks everyday to ber rf again…

    • Lysanne

Sorry, i havn’t seen that I needed to tell wich seat i would choose and what are the stats of my daughter. She is 38 lbs, around 40 inches (i m not sure), andi would reallyl like to try a radian, a peg or a foonf . Th baby could also take the new seat (17 months, 23 lbs, 28 inches) so there would be more options.

  • sunshine

Here’s my challenge….I have a carseat which I chose b/c many of the reviews I read said that it was easy to get into and out of vehicles, which I have not found to be the case at all. I don’t actually have a vehicle, so if I won, I would love some advice on the best seat for a 4 year old, approx 36 pounds, and about 42 inches tall ( I would double check if I won…she’s sleeping right now).
Congrats on your success, and thank you for having the contest!

  • Jennifer

Great job ladies. Keep up the great work! Appreciate the advise.

  • Sascha

    Congratulations on two years!
If we win, we would want something for when our daughter outgrows her current Graco Snugride 35. We have looked at Diono and Britax.

  • Colleen

Congratulations on two great years !

I would like a Frontier for a 3 year old

  • Kim Pasqualetto

Awesome Facebook page and website with great information. I am not sure which carseat I would get. My next seat will be a convertible one so my 5 month old, 16 pound 24 inches tall son can remain rear facing when he outgrows his infant seat.

  • Dana

Happy anniversary! My 2.5 year old is rear facing in a britax and we’d love another for our second boy.

  • Happy Anniversary and thank you for all the helpful info!
If we were to win, we would put it toward a Britax (I’m leaning toward the Advocate in cowmooflage). My son is thirteen months old, weighs 23 lbs and measures 29 inches. He has a Radian in our primary vehicle, but it is too big rear-facing in the compact car. Need something smaller to manage pick up and drop off.
    Thank you!

  • Alison

I would buy a Britax to give to some family friends for their 7 month old 18lb bab7 (who would be rear) facing because we love our Britax Boulevard.

  • Natasha

You guys are so helpful, have learned so many things because of your group that I would never have known otherwise! My girl is a lot safer in her car seat because of you! My daughter is 20 months old and tiny only 18.5lbs and about 30″ tall she is rearfacing in a radian rxt, which we love and wouldn’t mind winning another or a my ride or boulevard for our other vehicle or for our baby boy due in January:)

  • Tara

Congrats on the anniversary. It is wonderful to be able to have questions answer quickly and safely!!!!

If I were to win I would pick a frontier for one of my 3 1/2 yr old twin girls to lessen the blow!!!

  • Mako

Thank you for all that you do!! You are an amazing resource for us parents. 🙂

  • Alicia Allen

I would likely opt for a Britax Marathon for my 2 year old who is 28 lbs and 2.75 ft tall.

    Thanks for the entry!

  • Congratulations on 2 years of promoting carseat safety! I’ve loved being a member of your group and continue to regularly learn new ways to keep my little ones the safest.

If I were to win, I would love to have a booster seat for when my 2.5 year old is ready to move out of his Radian rxt. He is still rear-facing at 35 pounds and 37″ tall!
I’m not sure at the moment which seat I would choose 🙂

  • Stephanie

So exciting! Congrats on two years and thank you for all the wonderful advice.
If I won I would love a britex for our giant little guy (6 mths, 21 pounds.) he will be out of his rear facing bucket long before we can turn him forward facing 🙂

  • Christine

I would buy a Clek Foonf for my 7 month old son (18 lbs) who will soon be ready to move up to car seats, still rear facing. The Clek Foonf has some cool designs and because it sits higher my son can look out the window which he is always trying to do.

  • My trusty sunshine radians are coming to the end of their lives, my nine year old and six year old son’s graduated out of them earlier this year…need to get a new one for my 17th month old daughter as she has almost outgrown her Graco 35 seat which daddy is still using in his car. You guys do an amazing job, I was lucky to see you in action earlier this year…you are defiantly getting the message out there…I have seen far fewer incidents of misuse this year than I have in previous years.

  • Charlotte

If I was to win I would love to win for my friend who has 4 month old twins and a two year old her twins need to be upgraded and we figure they will need a diono radian to fit all the babes in the back seat! They twins weigh about 14lbs now! Winning this would be awesome for them!!!

  • Caroline

I would get a Diono Radian for our newbie. (once the angle is right) in the meantime I would put my almost 4 year old in it to accommodate the size of an infant seat. (narrow back seat with a significant backwards incline and 3 car seats across) Once baby is sturdy enough for diono we would have 2 radians and a britax maratrhon across.

  • Beth R.

Love reading your informative posts all the time, congratulations! I would pick a Frontier if I won. We have one already and would use another one in our second vehicle. We use it(forward facing obviously) for our daughter, turning 5 shortly, she is 42lbs and 44in tall.

  • Charles

I would get a diono radian rear facing for a newborn.

  • Leigh

Congratulations. I have an 18 month, 24 pound who is still rear facing. I would pick a britax Boulevard.

  • Jennifer German

Thank you for all your hard work and dedication. Congratulations on your 2 year Anniversary! 😀

  • Leslie

I would probably get the Britax frontier or pinnacle for when YDD outgrows her britax marathon. She is currently 14 months and 22lbs rear facing

  • Gail

Would lo win a car seat for my grandchildren on the way.

  • Jessica Jurak

Thanks for being so awesome! I would probably look at the new sureride 🙂

  • Jayme Smoley

I have 5 month old twins (both almost 14 lbs) who are in Graco Snug Rides rear facing and a 2.5 year old (35 lbs) who is in a Britax Boulevard rear facing. Our twins will need near car seats shortly but I am not exactly sure which ones will fit best in the back seta of our Ford Escape properly! It’s a tight fit so its a matter of choosing the right combination of seats so everyone is safely strapped in!

  • Teri

Congratulations! I would love a Radian (for it’s narrowness) for our 15 month old 18.5 lb rear-facing daughter!

  • lisa wheeler

So exciting… congrats on 2″years…… here’s to many more

  • I would buy the Britax Frontier CT for my 5 yo boy so that he can remain FF harnessed for a few more years and then he can ride safely in the booster. He’s 44″ tall and weighs 42lbs.

  • lisa wheeler

Apparentlyni need to read all the rules…. we currently have a diano radian for my older daughter and would love another gor our youngest… she is almost 10 months old 20 lb and rf…. we just got a 2006 Chevy uplander…. if there is a different seat that woukd work better then we woukd be interested in that too….

  • Zsofia

I would like to purchase a Diono Radian RXT for both of my sons. We travel to Europe often, and I like that it folds. I also like the memory foam feature, and at least but not last the safety rating of this car seat. My younger one is a year old, 10 kg and 80 cm. My older one is 3 years old, 15 kg and 100 cm tall.

  • kym cyr

Congratulations! You ladies have been so much help with any car seat questions that I have had. If we won, we would purchase the graco my ride. My son is 10 months old and he will soon be too big for his snug ride. We hope to keep him rear facing as long as possible and have heard great reviews on this seat.

  • Laura Duncan

I love this resource!!! If I were to win
I think I would like the Britax Frontier for our baby girl 🙂

  • shelagh pavlis

Thanks for the info on carseat safety!! Looking for a second stag seat! !

  • Jennifer

Such a great way to get people thinking about car seat safety!

  • I am not sure which car seat yet, but I do know it would be one for my mom or dad’s car. My dad doesn’t have one and my mom’s is going to be outgrown soon.

  • darin blaney

if i won i wouldget a new car seat for my new grandchild

  • Cheryl

I’m needing a new carseat for my 6 yr old daughter who will outgrow her 5 pt harness very very soon height-wise but is too tiny to go to a booster. This would be a huge help! As would advice on which to get!

  • jennifer whitmarsh

HI! I Was soooo happy to find this giveaway. I’m in LOVE with graco snugride and would love to have one for my baby which is due in January. She will be rear facing 🙂 I’ve been searching for a giveaway because I cannot afford the cost this time around.

  • Jaylene lancaster

I’m not sure which car seat I would pick. I would either pick an upgrade for my 2 year old son or I would pick a car seat for my daughter (expecting due date: nov 28th) it would be a rear facing one that could hopefully accommodate them for awhile. Thanks for the opportunity to win one. And congrats on the 2 years.

  • Nicola

I would love an Evenflo Triumph or FYTF to replace one of my Marathons! Thank you so much for everything you do 🙂

  • Colleen

Thanks for everything you have done !

  • Stepha

Congrats on 2 years! You’ve helped countless people keep their children safe.

My son is almost 13months old, and right now we have him rear facing in a radian that we switch between cars. However, this is proving tougher now that I’m back at work and with sharing daycare duty and working long hours. Not sure if we would swing another radian, or another convertible seat for a tall skinny kid. But we’ve been discussing the seat for awhile now-just need the budget space!

  • Looking forward to the next two and more years.

  • Dayna

I’m not yet sure which car seat I would choose, but the requirements would include one that allows my 10-month old son to rear face (for as long as possible) and that would fit in our Toyota Yaris Hatchback. Thanks for running this great contest and for all your informative blogs/facebook/youtube posts!

  • Congrats on 2 years!

  • Ashley Enfield

Would love to win a car seat of my choice!!! You have been very helpful in out decision to purchase our Clek carseat

  • Melanie Culp

Congrats on 2 years!!! I’m not sure exactly which I’d choose as I’m having fit issues with my britax in hubby’s silverado. Ideally I’d love either another britax or a Diono!
    Thanks for the giveaway!!

  • CS

Congrats to you! I love Car-seat.org My kids are safely seated due to them, and so are my nieces and nephew. Kids ages: NB- 9. I would get the Parkway SGL, or choose something else, depending on price if I win!

    Thank you.

    • CS

Posted before I finished my message. I love these community organizations that are locally promoting CS safety. Good for you for helping so many others do it right!

  • Congrats on 2 years If I won I am not sure what seat I would pick I would need help picking. My son is 28 months 25 lbs just went forward facing. We are picky with car seats with his head conditions

    • Our son is currently in the Britax Marathon and he loves that seat but we are in need of a second one for when we have to go to BC Children’s Hospital or Doctors appointments

  • Love everything that I have learned from you guys

    • Also, I’m on the lookout to replace one of my daycare car seats since it’s getting close to expiring. Not sure what type I want to replace it with yet, but it does need to be both ff and rf

  • April

My son is 7 months 21 lbs and would be rear facing. Not sure what seat yet and i havnt measured to see how long he is for a while now.

  • kirsten gordon

i would love a radian. we have an old school marathon that will expire next august, and a newer marathon…my 25 month old is a tiny thing (24lb and 34″ long), and i still have her RF. because i want to do this as long as i can, i’d love a seat that would rf to 40lb+. the old marathon is only good to 30, and my true fit is only good to 35…which you guys all know.

anything to keep the bug RF longer…

thanks again for the awesome site. tons of info here. keep up the good work!

  • Andrea Chan

I would love a Radian for our tall 18 momth old for Daddy’s car 🙂

  • We would love a carseat suitable for our daughter to grow in. .. I hear the radian is a good one but would love your guidance on the matter should i win! Well done on all your work. .. you guys are praised from coast to coast!

  • Jodie

I would put the $200 towards a Peg Perego convertible for my three year old niece who has just a pound left to rear face in her First Years TrueFit.

  • Cait Gunn

We are almost ready for a new seat for our 7 month old daughter who is currently in a bucket seat. She is just tipping 16lbs, and 66cm. Of course, she has quite a bit longer to go rear-facing, which is why it will be important for us to pick a rf seat that has a pretty good height limit, but will also fit into a semi-compact car. Your favourite seats list has been so helpful in comparing specs, but we have yet to decide on “THE ONE” 🙂

  • Bryanna Shiels

My daughter is 7.5 months, 20 pounds and approx 70cm tall, she is rear facing! I would choose a graco my ride 65 or a radian carseat because they both seem to have good specs on extended rear facing and are a narrower carseat. Thank you for all your advice in the past and congrats on two years!!

  • Alison Sheehan

I would love a Britax Marathon for our third daughter. She is 20 pounds; 88 inches and two years old. She’ll be rear facing until she’s 10 at this rate 🙂

  • Would love to get a radian for my 20 month old who is 32lbs and still RF.

  • Congrats! I’d love a radian as well!

  • (for either my 30lb 2 y/o, or 18lb 9 m/o, both rear facing)

  • johnny f

congratulations on 2 years, +1 for locals!

  • Marla Walter

Hi there … I would loce a diono radian rxt if it could be installed in my car properly. I have an 8 month that weighs 20 lbs.

  • Sarah

Thanks for all the great work you do! My 16 month old is RF in a Radian RXT and we love it, but because his infant seat expired we’ll need a new one for our next baby! I’d love a Graco Snugride or a Britax B-Safe!

  • Jessica Steeves

I would buy another Safety First Complete Air 65 for my 2 year old (rear facing) for her caregiver’s vehicle.

  • Kelsie

I’m not sure what seat I would get, but my 23 month old has almost outgrown rear facing in his safety 1st guide 65 and I would love to get him a new seat that can accommodate him rear facing longer instead of turning him.

  • Morgan Kyle

I’d get a Britax Advocate! I have one for my daughter and LOVE IT. So easy to use, unlike other seats I’ve tried I don’t have to use all my might to get the straps tight enough. I would use the new one for my son. He’s 7 months old, 17ish lbs, 28ish inches and rear facing for a long time yet 🙂

  • celebrating keeping kids safer! Congrats and keep on the good work!

  • Angela

I don’t know what seat I would choose, perhaps I would get some advice from you lovely ladies!! What a great page, I’ve learned a lot. Keep up the great work 🙂

  • Kelsey

I would love a Dione radian rxt for my 11 month 17 lb baby!

  • Kelsey

Thank you for all of you hard work!

  • Pam Miron

My daughter is 19 months old and currently rear-facing in a Britax Marathon (I think that’s the model…). If I were to win, I would likely purchase another Britax for baby #2, which is planned for the not too far off future. My daughter was in the convertible seat by the time she was 8 months so would love to get another seat that I can get great use of! And that will allow me to fit two across our backseat 🙂

  • Chantelle Cutting

I have an almost 5 year old (19 kg, 101 cm), a 2 year old (13 kg, 91 cm), and a baby due in 2.5 months. My oldest is about to outgrow his Radian by top harness height, but isn’t ready for a booster yet, so I would like to get him into a Britax Frontier. The baby will either get a new seat, or the Radian from his brother depending on my budget next month, and whether it has room for two new car seats.

I would also like to say thank you for the information you guys put up, and that I am definitely watching the car seat sales posts as they go up each week on Facebook *grin*

  • This group has provided such a wonderful service to myself and so many parents out there. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and expertise with us over the years. And the Friday sales!

  • Oh, and I would love for a Radian for my 7 month son! He is 19 pounds and has just hit 28 inches, thereby outgrowing his Safety First bucket seat!

  • Brittany Fyffe

This site and group has been so helpful for me with my family and daycare. I love that I’m sure my children are safe when we travel. My daycare parents feel safe with their kids in my car as well.

  • shyla colton

I would choose a radian for my son! He is 2.5 years old 30 pounds and 92cm
    he would be FF

  • Katrina

I would get a graco snugride or a britax b-safe for our little guy due this December! They seem to be the highest rated for safety from what I’ve found and they’re easy to use. He will be a newborn, so not sure of his height and weight yet LOL. He will be rear-facing of course, as long as possible 🙂

  • Kristina

I would love to buy another Radian to have as an extra in our second vehicle. It is so versatile both my little ones (age 3.5 and 16 months) could use it when needed!

  • Erin F

I would get the Graco MyRide for my 2 year old. She is 21 lbs and (I think) 32″ and she would be rear facing.

  • sorcha

I *think* I would pick a radian for my 5 month old, 14 lbs, rear facing daughter. But I would also think about using it for a friend or acquaintance in need.

  • Chrissy

If I were to win I would need your guys’ help to figure out which car seat I should get! 😛 my son is 9 months and still in his infant car seat but he has such broad shoulders it looks so uncomfortable for him to sit in it so he needs a new one probably a 3- in -1 but we just don’t have the money for it right now 🙁

  • Thank you for everything you do, ladies! It’s so reassuring to have you available to answer all my questions! Congrats on 2 successful years! If I win, I would like to have a Graco MyRide for my 3 month old. 🙂

  • Debbi D

A radian would be great for my 2.5 year old. Rear facing as long as humanly possible, only 26lbs right now, so it’s feasible. Thanks!

  • I would put it towards a britax frontier for my daughter who is nearly 5 and has almost outgrown the height on her radian! She’s tall and thin (40lbs) and we would like to keep her harnessed for much longer! Our son is 3 and rear facing in a radian.

  • Camille Hillis

Love your page! So many great tips over the last two years and you ladies are always so quick to respond to questions. Good job!

  • Camille Hillis

I would probably get a Clek Ozzi as a second booster to have on hand for my daughter’s friends or for when she goes on sleepovers at her grandparents’. She is almost 6 and is 50lbs

  • Geneva

Congrats on 2 years of helping keep babies/children safe in the car! I found many useful & helpful tips from your page on Facebook. There were lots of things I did not know & learned from you. Thank you for all your hard work! If I won, I’d like the Graco MyRide 65 for a 4 & a half month old whose 16 pounds. I love it because of it’s rear facing & forward facing weight/height limits. You’re doing an amazing job!

  • melia whyte

    Thank you!!!!!
I would love to have a frontier XT for my 5.5yr old(35lbs)that he could match with 4.5yr old who has it in cowmooflauge and then pass down to little sis(2y10m currently in a rf myride65) when he’s booster ready 🙂

I would like a forward facing seat for my nephew

  • Thank you all for your help and support over the last 2 years! If I were to win I’d be after a rear facing seat for a newborn.

I love you car seat techs.. you make me feel fully secure that my daughter is safe when we travel! i would love another Grace MyRide – great for small cars and super easy to install – love that it’s good for infant to 65lbs! and i’m hoping to be expecting again any day now 🙂
